You can report traps or road incidents either anonymously or you can create an account here on policetraps.com and sing in before reporting. We recommend you to report under your login. This will build up your karma and in return, higher karma will boost importance of traps you will report or vote for.

You can either report from Sygic application from your phone or from policetraps.com by clicking the button ”Add a trap” located on the top of the map. You can select precisely what type of trap or incident you want to report. Your trap will appear in the center of the map. Drag the trap to its exact location and confirm. Move the map slightly and the color of the trap will change from gray to either green, red or blue indicating the trap went live and is available to the community.

Reporting is useful also in case the trap you are aware of has been reported by other user already. Multiple reports for the same trap raise the importance of the trap and also extend the validity of the trap in time.

Besides reporting new traps you can also vote for traps reported by other users. Voting for traps raises their importance and extends their validity in time. Log in is required. Click the trap you want vote for and click thumb up or down.
